Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized representatives.
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
Payment Policy
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Remaining payment, if any, must be settled before or at the time of journey commencement.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled journey will be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the journey or in case of no-shows.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Vehicle and Driver
Vehicles provided will be in good condition and driven by licensed and experienced drivers.
We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle type depending on availability.
Delays and Route Changes
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions.
Routes may be changed based on driver discretion, safety concerns, or client requests (if feasible).
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their belongings during the journey.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence will be charged to the customer.
Liability
Tanisha Tour and Travels shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury during the trip.
Insurance (if applicable) is subject to the terms and policies of the insurance provider.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal.
